The Institute for Scientific information on Coffee (ISIC) is a non-for-profit organisation devoted to the study and dissemination of science related to coffee and health. Founded in 1990, ISIC members are seven of the major European coffee companies: illycaffè, Kraft Foods, Lavazza, Nestlé, Paulig, DE Master Blenders 1753 and Tchibo.
ISIC focuses on the study of scientific information on coffee and health. ISIC also supports independent scientific research on coffee and health and the active dissemination of balanced coffee and health scientific evidence and knowledge to a broad range of stakeholders.
